THE PHANTOM’S WALTZ

This waltz is an excerpt from a ballet on which David is currently working. It sets the scene for two spirit beings who as former lovers are reunited by the Gods on the eve of their wedding anniversary in an attempt to repair the damage caused by infidelity which sadly drove them apart. Destined to spend eternity together this is one last chance for them to redeem their situation or remain forever alone. This waltz depicts the tentative nature of their dance together upon their meeting in a forest glade.
